After a nasty malware virus literally took over my office computer, I panicked. As an office manager and A/P specialist, my computer is my lifeline. Recently a PC that we use exclusively in our decorating department failed, leaving invaluable files totally inaccessible. These files included photos, artwork and templates and, unfortunately, we did not have a backup of any of these files. Our obvious move was to contact both the hardware and software companies involved. Both companies made several suggestions and attempts at retrieval and finally said that they had exhausted all means and that, due to the damage done by the system over-heating, the drive was unrecoverable and all of our files were lost.

However, when the representative from Digital Salvaging heard about our dilemma, he was optimistic so, with nothing to lose, I decided to give him a shot at it. Needless to say, I was both thrilled and relieved when I found out he was able to prove the other companies wrong and all of our files and data was recovered!!! The service far exceeded my expectations and, although I hope it's never necessary, I assure you I would not hesitate in using their services again and would definitely recommend them for work in the data recovery field.
